Studies tell us that the weight loss industry generates over forty billion dollars in revenue each year. Come on, who doesn't know how to eat healthier and that you need to exercise if you want to remove fat? We all do. Most folks who have been to weight loss programs or on the new diet that comes along can tell you what you don't know. The issue is they they always fail. They find it tough to change their actions long enough to either lose the weight or if they lose it they can't initiate the changes needed to maintain a improved physical health and almost always revisit to the previous actions and gain the weight again . Worse yet the majority of people gain even more and end up weighing a ton more over time than when they first tried to lose weight. So, what's the issue ? I wonder what the statistics show of of their membership in who lost weight and successfully was able to keep it off ? Like the other reputable weight loss systems they are a source of good information , support and whatever else you need to know. But again , it's a matter of using will power, conscious force , in order to change the behaviors that started weight gain . Folks , if this method worked , we'd all reach our goals, be thin and joyous and the outlandish profits in the area of weight loss would almost end . Results prove this approach is pointless or at best, a major achievement for a minority of those of us who use it.

Believe it or not , the best component of any weight loss program is hypnosis . The cause of why (people eat when not hungry or eat past being physically full is mind based. Weight loss with hypnosis is related on the subconscious programming of food being needed as the substance thing used for emotional relief, deal with stress, feel protected or whatever the issue . If we could only draw attention on the body, we are ignoring the true target of why the behaviors are what they are . Behaviors are based in the mind, not the body.

Jenny Craig - Another buy our food program and pitched by a celebrity . If I'm going to jump into a weight loss company that's successful , I want to see a person working full time or more, a family, running around taking the to little league and not so much expendable income . Show me how to get through each day handling the pressures of life that are what's compelling me to want to stuff my face with snacks that makes me feel good . I mean really. Once our appetite is satisfied or we eat for no good reason, all we're doing is trying to feel good .

The South Beach Diet Plan - Yet another low carb structure to losing weight. The downfall isn't whether or not you eat carbs . Thin people eat bread, pastas and other carbs we are warned to ignore like the plague. The problem is eating them to excess . When we combine foods for a healthier eating plan and mixed with getting off our butts, we have a much better chance at the struggle that comes with all weight loss systems.

NutriSystem - Once again a company comes on the market that is in the selling food market . I didn't understand that if you want to be thin you had to obtain a secret food that only the weight loss outfit sells. Doesn't my local grocery store have healthy food that will guide me in my weight loss battle ? I wonder where all those in shape, trim, skinny people get their groceries who don't belong to a diet group?

Atkins - Can you think back to when the Atkins Diet was the thing to do? So, what happened? It's possible people got hip after a while that like any other magic weight loss program , special eating plan or food products sold through the program plan that it wasn't the magic or top secret formula to weight loss . That's why after years and years, money spent , time and emotion looking for the the Holy Grail, we're still unhealthy and obese!
